Small gaps between neighbouring countries (1–3 pts) typically lie within each index’s measurement noise — meaningful interpretation rests on trajectory over time, not on a specific year’s ranking.

V-Dem Liberal Democracy Index (2025)

Hodnoty 0-1, kombinace electoral component + liberal component (judicial constraints, legislative constraints, equality before law). Pozn.: Naše CZ baseline (`data/structural/2026-Q3.json`) používá V-Dem 2024 (0.817); zde uvedená 2025 hodnota čekala na ingest do baseline (per CHANGELOG v0.2.2 TODO Q4).

Reporters Without Borders, World Press Freedom Index 2025 (publikován květen 2025). Skóre 0-100 (vyšší = lepší). Skládá se z 5 indikátorů: politický kontext, právní rámec, ekonomický kontext, sociokulturní kontext, bezpečnost.
Corruption Perceptions Index (2025)

Transparency International, Corruption Perceptions Index 2025 (publikován únor 2026). Skóre 0-100 (vyšší = méně vnímané korupce). Vyšší skóre korespondují s lepší integritou veřejného sektoru. Pozn.: Naše CZ baseline 2026-Q3 ještě používá CPI 2024 (59); CPI 2025 také 59 (beze změny pro CZ).
WJP Rule of Law Index (2024)

World Justice Project, Rule of Law Index 2024 (publikován říjen 2024). Skóre 0-1 z 8 dimenzí: omezení vlády, absence korupce, otevřená vláda, základní práva, řád a bezpečnost, regulační vymáhání, civilní justice, trestní justice. Pozn.: WJP 2025 (publikován říjen 2025) ještě nezaznamenán — TODO Q4 baseline.

Cross-country srovnání 8 zemí napříč 6 mezinárodními indexy demokracie a právního státu. Hodnoty pochází z nejnovějších publikovaných edicí každého indexu (k 2026-05-03). Pro fair srovnání jsou všechny indexy normalizované do 0-100 stupnice (v UI). Zdroj per index v `url` + `source_note`. Cross-country page je read-only — nevstupuje do našeho weekly indexu. EU-27 průměr záměrně vynechán: jednotlivé indexy ho oficiálně nepublikují konzistentně a neoficiální výpočet (simple vs population-weighted) by zaváděl methodology bias.
